منصة للبالغين فقط
«النصّ التاني» خدمة تعارف بغرض الزواج للبالغين من عمر ١٨ سنة
فأكثر فقط. لا يُسمح بوجود أي قاصر على المنصة بأي صفة:
التسجيل يتطلب تاريخ ميلاد يثبت بلوغ ١٨ سنة.
كل حساب يمر بتوثيق هوية بمراجعة بشرية (وثيقة رسمية + فيديو سيلفي) قبل ظهوره لأي عضو، ويُرفض أي حساب تشير وثيقته أو مظهره إلى أنه لقاصر.
إذا اكتشفنا حساب قاصر بعد التسجيل، نغلقه ونحذف بياناته.
عدم تسامُح مطلق مع استغلال الأطفال
نطبّق سياسة عدم التسامح مطلقًا مع الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال
واستغلالهم بأي صورة. يشمل ذلك — على سبيل المثال لا الحصر — أي مواد
تصوّر إساءة للأطفال، أو أي محاولة لاستدراج قاصر أو التواصل معه أو
استغلاله. أي مخالفة من هذا النوع تؤدي إلى إغلاق الحساب فورًا وبشكل
نهائي، مع حفظ الأدلة اللازمة للتعامل القانوني السليم.
كيف تبلّغ
من داخل التطبيق: زر الإبلاغ موجود في كل ملف شخصي وكل محادثة، ومن ضمن أسباب الإبلاغ «مستخدم يبدو قاصرًا» وبلاغات سلامة الأطفال. الإبلاغ متاح حتى بعد حظر الشخص، ولا يَعلم المُبلَّغ عنه بهوية المُبلِّغ.
بالبريد الإلكتروني:[email protected] — بريد لاستقبال بلاغات سلامة الأطفال، متاح أيضًا لغير أعضاء التطبيق (مثل أولياء الأمور).
ماذا يحدث بعد البلاغ
بلاغات سلامة الأطفال تدخل قائمة معالجة عاجلة ذات أولوية قصوى، ونلتزم بمراجعتها سريعًا وتقديمها على أي بلاغ آخر.
لا يمكن إغلاقها كبلاغ عادي دون خطوات التصعيد المطلوبة، ويسجّل النظام كل إجراء عليها.
عند الاشتباه الجاد، نوقف الحساب المعني فورًا أثناء المراجعة.
التعاون مع السلطات
نتعاون مع جهات إنفاذ القانون والسلطات المختصة عند ورود طلبات قانونية
صحيحة، ونحفظ الأدلة ذات الصلة بطريقة مضبوطة ومقيَّدة الوصول لدعم أي
إجراء قانوني مشروع، وفق القانون الواجب التطبيق.
التعامل مع الوسائط
الوصول إلى وسائط توثيق الهوية مقصور على المراجعين المصرّح لهم ولغرض التوثيق ومعالجة الأمان المصرّح بها فقط.
أي محتوى مخالف يُزال من العرض فورًا، ويُقيَّد الوصول إليه بأضيق نطاق يلزم للتعامل القانوني السليم.
لا نستخدم وسائط الأعضاء في أي غرض خارج تشغيل الخدمة والإشراف عليها.

These standards apply to the app “El Nos El Tany / النصّ التاني” — developer: Ahmed Wahba.
An adults-only platform
El Nos El Tany is a marriage-focused matchmaking service
strictly for adults aged 18 and over. No minor is
permitted on the platform in any capacity:
Signup requires a date of birth showing the person is at least 18.
Every account goes through human-reviewed identity verification (an official document plus a selfie video) before it is visible to any member, and any account whose document or appearance indicates a minor is rejected.
If we discover a minor’s account after signup, we close it and delete its data.
Zero tolerance for child exploitation
We apply a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and
exploitation in any form. This includes — without limitation — any
material depicting abuse of children, and any attempt to groom,
contact, or exploit a minor. Any violation of this kind results in
immediate and permanent account closure, with evidence preserved as
needed for proper legal handling.
How to report
In the app: the report button is on every profile and in every conversation, and the report reasons include “user appears to be a minor” and child-safety concerns. Reporting remains available even after blocking someone, and the reported person never learns who reported them.

What happens after a report
Child-safety reports enter an urgent, top-priority queue; we are committed to reviewing them promptly, ahead of any other report.
They cannot be closed as an ordinary report without the required escalation steps, and every action taken on them is recorded.
On credible suspicion, we suspend the account in question immediately while the review proceeds.
Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities upon
valid legal requests, and we preserve relevant evidence in a
controlled, access-restricted manner to support lawful proceedings,
in accordance with applicable law.
Media handling
Access to identity verification media is limited to authorized reviewers, solely for verification and authorized safety handling.
Any violating content is removed from display immediately, with access restricted to the narrowest scope needed for proper legal handling.
We use members’ media for no purpose beyond operating and moderating the service.
