Welcome to El Nos El Tany ("the Service"). These Terms govern your use of
the Service. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full.
If you don't agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Ahmed Wahba, an individual sole trader resident
in the Republic of Ireland. Contact: [email protected].
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be using the Service with the genuine intention of seeking marriage. Casual dating, hookups, or non-matrimonial use is prohibited.
You must use your real identity. Profiles using fake names, manipulated photos, or impersonation will be removed without refund.
You must not be currently the subject of a no-contact order, restraining order, or similar legal restriction related to harassment or abuse.
3. Identity verification
All matching features require identity verification. You consent to
providing a government-issued photo ID (front and back) and a short
selfie video. Our verification team reviews these within 6 hours
(typical) to 24 hours (maximum). We retain the ID documents and selfie
video for 180 days after verification, then permanently delete them. See
our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Account rules
One account per person. Multiple accounts are detected and removed.
Honest profile. Misrepresenting your age, marital status, intent, or material facts is grounds for removal without refund.
Respectful conduct. No harassment, intimidation, sexual coercion, or hate speech. The platform is intended for serious marriage-intent conversation.
No off-platform redirection during early trust. Sharing phone numbers, social media handles, or external links before mutual approval is restricted. This protects both parties from premature exposure.
No commercial use. You may not use the Service to advertise, sell, recruit, or solicit for any business or service.
No scraping or automation. Programmatic access, scraping, bot-driven messaging, or systematic data collection is prohibited.
5. Paid features and subscriptions
Use of the Service is free for women.
For men, full messaging and connection features require a paid subscription. The standard subscription is 750 EGP / 3 months, with a free trial period after successful identity verification.
Subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple ID or Google account. You can cancel anytime in the app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
All payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see your payment card details. Pricing in your local currency is determined by the App Store / Play Store of your account country, not our origin.
Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's refund policies. We may issue out-of-band refunds at our discretion for service-quality issues, but cannot process refunds directly through the app stores.
6. Reports, moderation, and removal
We moderate the Service to maintain its safety and matrimonial focus.
Other users can report your conduct; we review reports and may apply
warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspensions,
or permanent account closure depending on severity. We aim to give clear
reasons for moderation actions, but in some cases (e.g. ongoing fraud
investigation) we may not be able to disclose details.
We cooperate with law enforcement when required by valid legal process
and where doing so is consistent with applicable law.
7. Content you provide
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (profile
text, photos, messages). By submitting content you grant us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and
process that content as necessary to operate the Service. This licence
ends when you delete the content (or your account), with the exception
of messages already received by another party.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Important. The Service helps people meet for marriage
purposes. It does NOT guarantee compatibility, marriage, or that any
specific user is who they claim to be. Identity verification reduces
fraud but cannot eliminate it. You are responsible for your own decisions
about whom to meet, share information with, or marry.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, El Nos El Tany is provided
"as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: indirect
or consequential damages; emotional or relational outcomes arising from
interactions you have with other users; the behaviour of other users
both during and outside the Service. Our total aggregate liability for
any direct claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12
months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, fraud,
or anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable Irish or
Egyptian law.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from in-app settings.
We can suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, after notice where practical.
On termination, our retention policies in the Privacy Policy apply.
10. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
We may modify or discontinue features. For material changes to these
Terms, we will give at least 14 days' notice via email and an in-app
notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the
revised Terms. If you don't accept, you can delete your account before
the effective date.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to
conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of
Ireland, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country
of residence requires otherwise.
